If priority service is required for a serious condition such as no heat in the winter or a leaking water heater, do not make your service request online. For priority service, please call HomeSmart from Xcel Energy at 866-VERY-SMART (866-837-9762) where priority calls are taken 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Reminder: Appliances are not fully covered until 30 days after you sign up for the HomeSmart from Xcel Energy Repair Plan or add an appliance to your existing Repair Plan. If you have a service need within the first 30 days, HomeSmart will schedule that repair and bill you in three equal monthly payments on your Xcel Energy bill, with approved credit.
